Congratulations to everyone who ran the Top of Utah Marathon yesterday.  TOU was my first marathon so it's very special to me.  Not really though.  I stunk it up and never want to go back.  But there were some impressive performances.  Predog was the first local boy to cross the line and allie was the first female.

Predog is a beast!

Somebody wants her baba...

Day 77 P90X - X Stretch - The tendons in my left foot are hurting.  It also seems like there's a touch of PF.  Hope it feels better soon.

ha ha ha. Good one Burt.

From Predog on Mon, Sep 20, 2010 at 13:11:14 from 129.123.250.247

Haha that's awesome...now if I can figure out some new blog title that has to do with that...

From Nan on Tue, Sep 21, 2010 at 19:25:50 from 24.8.144.22

I'm confused. I thought Emily was too old to still be sleeping in a crib. And did she run TOU? She has some serious muscles! Must have been all those push ups she did the other week.

From Nan on Tue, Sep 21, 2010 at 19:26:51 from 24.8.144.22

OHHHH wait. That is Allie! Alright, who gave her the shrinking juice?

From Burt on Tue, Sep 21, 2010 at 19:31:39 from 206.19.214.144

Emily does still sleep in a crib, to tell the truth.

From Nan on Tue, Sep 21, 2010 at 19:36:27 from 24.8.144.22

Nice! Might as well keep that going as long as possible. I never enjoy a 2 a.m. "thud" followed by crying child when they're trying to adjust to a big bed.

We just recently decided to put our 2yo in a big bed because she was always climbing out of her crib and sometimes tumbling in the process...thought we ought to reduce the distance for her fall at least.

From Merri on Mon, May 16, 2011 at 19:50:47 from 160.7.252.148

How is it possible I have never seen this post before???? Baba....ha ha ha ha ha

From Burt on Mon, May 16, 2011 at 20:26:50 from 206.19.214.144

Merri, will you give allie her baba?

From SlowJoe on Tue, Nov 11, 2014 at 12:26:52 from 12.182.148.249

I've been meaning to ask for the past 4 years - how are your tendons doing? Hope they feel better soon.

From Burt on Thu, Nov 13, 2014 at 20:22:50 from 174.17.82.224

They're getting there, Joe. It just takes time. Patience and time.

From Burt on Thu, Nov 13, 2014 at 20:45:08 from 174.17.82.224

Right now PreDog and Merri are going, "What the heck??!! I quit that stupid blog a long time ago!! Ain't nobody got time for this!"

From SlowJoe on Thu, Nov 13, 2014 at 20:48:41 from 104.51.208.13

And allie's like "oh no you di-int!" And Chris is like, "Blimey, not Burt again!"

From allie on Fri, Nov 14, 2014 at 07:03:17 from 24.30.41.119

i'm actually just sitting here, with tiny little nostalgic tears in my eyes, thinking about how i'm old and wrinkled now.
