Are the advertisements that show up on the blog catered toward the kind of internet surfing you do?  If it is, I'm in trouble because I'm staring at a girl in a green and blue beach outfit from a Build Your Own Bikini ad.

So last night I was laying on the side of the bed while my wife and I were reading allie's charming blog.  I must have been too close to the side as I was being supported by the chairs next to our bed.  Yep, the one I'm sitting in from my video.  I think my hip was sinking too low and really contorted my spine because when I went to get up, it hurt real bad.  I laid on the floor and tried to bicycle kicking with my legs to loosen it up.  It helped a little.  So instead of running this morning, I rode my bike to work.  I figure this is the last time I'll get to ride to work from Queen Creek.  My back feels better now.

We signed the lease on the new house we'll be renting soon this afternoon.  I had my wife bring me a change of clothes so I could be more comfortable on my ride home.  There was construction going on along Southern Ave. so I turned on a road that took me close to James W's house, who by the way commented earlier on this blog entry, so now may not even see this.  It turned out to be a lot flatter than the way I usually go.  35 total miles on the bike today.

soooo...you're not 'prairie doggin' it this morning, huh? :)

Glad the back is better - blame it all on the content of the blog lately, it's as stressful as a hard day's night! :)

From Nevels on Thu, May 13, 2010 at 15:14:31 from 131.204.15.93

so what kind of bikini did you build?

glad your back is getting better, but we all know that it's just A Day In The Life....

From Burt on Thu, May 13, 2010 at 15:38:34 from 206.19.214.144

You guys have been watching too much Oprah.

From KP on Thu, May 13, 2010 at 16:32:16 from 65.208.22.26

i don't know about you, burt, but i get by With a Little Help From My Friends...

From James W on Thu, May 13, 2010 at 17:35:07 from 12.151.72.1

I like my ads better - one for Kiva and one for St. George Running Center :p I believe it actually has more to do with what you type on your blog instead of your surfing habits, although Sasha could tell you better.

From Burt on Thu, May 13, 2010 at 17:42:42 from 206.19.214.144

That makes more sense James. I haven't been searching any bikini sights lately, but I have been blogging about bum cracks.

From Burt on Thu, May 13, 2010 at 17:43:17 from 206.19.214.144

I wonder what I was typing the time I saw the add for the workout stripper pole.

From allie on Thu, May 13, 2010 at 19:21:52 from 67.177.0.102

the ads on my page are for liberty medical, sleep number beds, AARP, golden corral and the scooter store. probably because i am always talking about hip replacements. i should probably just change my name to eleanor rigby.

From rAtTLeTrAp on Thu, May 13, 2010 at 20:08:40 from 72.102.145.120

I was gonna post a funny comment about stripper poles, but I'll just Let It Be.

From Derunzo on Thu, May 13, 2010 at 20:25:33 from 98.229.131.173

At least you didn't pull a muscle in the Crackal Region! Ha ha.... that is an instant classic! I'm gonna use it at work around the ladies!

From allie on Thu, May 13, 2010 at 20:28:15 from 67.177.0.102

i am pretty sure the beatles coined the word "crackal"

and i heard oprah say it three times on her show today. she loves ketchup, too.

From Burt on Fri, May 14, 2010 at 00:39:47 from 98.177.220.145

allie - you really have a fascination with old ladies, don't you?

RT - et tu Brute?

Derunzo - Do you ever watch The Office? There's an episode about sexual harrassment in the workplace. You might want to watch it. Could be helpful. LOL!

Ha ha! Watched the office last night. Good stuff! Maybe I'll keep the "Crackal" to myself (!)

From rAtTLeTrAp on Fri, May 14, 2010 at 17:01:20 from 76.121.76.165

The Office is so cool. That harassment episode is almost as good as the 5k one.

From RAD on Fri, May 14, 2010 at 17:32:51 from 67.172.229.125

For completing my first marathon my hubby bought me my own "Michael Scott Dunder Mifflin Race for the Cure" shirt. Some women get flowers or jewelery...I got something I'd really appreciate :) I actually wore it to the gym today too!

From rAtTLeTrAp on Fri, May 14, 2010 at 17:41:03 from 75.230.89.35

One of my favorite t-shirts. I wear mine a lot.

From KP on Fri, May 14, 2010 at 17:56:09 from 65.208.22.26
