9.75 mile bike ride home.  I am working a zanjero shift this week because one of our guy's needed to see a doctor about cancer.

That's too bad about the cancer, but way to go with the zanjero shift...whatever that is.

You're getting in some good riding miles.

I've never heard of a zanjero shift. Maybe that's because I've never worked one. Too weak.

Also, I know your schedule is off, but don't throw mine off, play me in dice already!

Long run weekend? Nice bike miles!

From Burt on Fri, May 10, 2013 at 14:09:54 from 72.223.88.98

Dale - Zanjero life is the life for me. JK. Zanjero-ing is what I did all last year when I was working 7 days straight from 5:pm to 5:30am.

Tara - I think I'll go on a long run this weekend and totally neglect my wife. Nothing special about this weekend, right?

From Tara on Fri, May 10, 2013 at 14:30:54 from 75.169.143.244

Right, there is nothing significant on Saturday, Burt. Big things in store for you!

From Tracy on Sat, May 11, 2013 at 20:52:00 from 108.86.85.125

I had to look zanjero up. Way to be in charge if water distribution. And way to step in when someone needs you.

Tracy - way to show off with the Google prowess!

From Bonnie on Sat, May 11, 2013 at 20:59:21 from 196.3.39.209

Burt -- way to do the right thing with the co-worker, but not the wife :)

By the way, tell Tracy about the money and diamonds that you found on your run that time (see her blog for clues).

Broken legs and cancer? What happens to your enemies?

From Burt on Mon, May 13, 2013 at 14:37:48 from 71.216.109.214

If you ask my son, I am his enemy.

From The Quiet Pirate on Mon, May 13, 2013 at 19:41:17 from 67.238.139.59

Of course he would. He is a teenage boy- or as a friend of mine refers to them, "precious little lambs of God."

From Burt on Mon, May 13, 2013 at 19:44:15 from 72.223.88.98

Are spawns of Satan still considered precious little lambs of God?

From Bonnie on Mon, May 13, 2013 at 19:51:51 from 74.202.188.254

ha ha ha ha ... so, burt, that would make you satan?? wow. That explains everything!

From Burt on Mon, May 13, 2013 at 19:56:09 from 72.223.88.98

Oh Bonnie. Have I told you how much I like your new profile picture? :)

From Bonnie on Mon, May 13, 2013 at 19:56:49 from 74.202.188.254

you are so precious, Burt

(thank you!)
