PM:  Been sick with a very bad cold for a week.  Decided to test myself at the gym.  The cough I have had has been horrible.  No energy all week and it took forever to recover.  Did a few on the TM very easy.  Circuit workout with Randy afterword.  Felt good again.

Noon:  Lunch run with my buddy Ben M.  Out and Back on Canal trail here in Draper from his house.  Longest run in about a year.  Fun to talk with Ben and run with someone.  Haven't done this in awhile.  Did some core at the gym later.  Someone stole my swimshorts in the locker.  Guess they needed them more than me.  8:59AP
