9 miles in the snow. Very cold and slippery but quite an adventure! Time was about 65-70 minutes, maybe about 7:30 min/miles. Also ankle exercises and lift: pullups, and dips with 45 lbs, pike pushups 3x8, pushups on ball 3x12, butt lifts 3x12, sprint crunches, suitcase crunches, leg circles, shoulder raises 3x12, bent over row 3x12 (15lbs), lunge set 3x10 with 7.5 lbs, 15 minutes with jump rope
