Needed to get outside for fresh air and exercise, did 3.6 miles of walking (with about 1.5 miles of running). Ligaments hurt later in the night, so I'll for sure just be taking it easy for a few days. Guess I had to be sure it really was hurt...haha. :) Not being able to run right now is coming as somewhat of a relief, unlike the deep depression during injuries in the past! I need more energy to get some things done on my days off work, so it's working out well. |
