Craving some hard runs, tired muscles, wide-open lungs, a lower resting heart rate and a strong core! =0)  Although my midwife did tell me the other day "you have some really strong ab muscles" as she was feeling the position of the baby to find a heart rate.  I laughed and said it was from all that running I used to do.  She said it should come in handy when pushing...I REALLY hope she's right!

oh it gets so hard at this stage! Wanting those good runs and workouts, but no way to get them. Don't worry. There is a time and season to everything. Hang in there and use those core muscles in 6ish weeks :) Then enjoy some baby time!
