  • AM 2.5 mile run outside http://connect.garmin.com/activity/187970988
  • PM 1 mile shake out run.  Just kiddin... my sister has started running (YAY!) so I went with her.  I can't wait till she's running more miles so we can run together. :)

After feeding the baby and putting her back to sleep, I realized that if I hurried, I could do my run outside instead of on the TM today.  It was a lot of fun!  I was a little too zealous and excited at first (and worried I would make James late for work), so I went out too fast and got winded, but I found a good groove after about 1.25 miles.

Here's what I have so far for "ease back into half marathon running."  It's extremely tentative.  I may do less or I may do more, all I care about is that I don't get injured because I did too much too soon!  I just need to keep focusing on what I can do right now and not what I used to do or what others can do!  Hopefully I can be wise with this thing. :)
