I'm back! I was feeling rundown and runover so I took out the one thing I can (running) to get some sleep and get caught up on a few things that I never get to (because I'm usually running). It felt gooooood. I know it won't get me faster anytime soon but it sure is nice to have the choice to take a break. I new it was time to run again when my appetite was WAAAYYY slower than what I was eating hahaha. :) |
