Thanks Rachel and Rachel! Haha. :) RachelT, I have to do these planks to a DVD where the guy times them for me. There's no way I could just do them myself...I'm not that disciplined. =0) They are hard! I think Allie from the blog does like 4 of them for 2 minutes or something!!
