  • abs with 2x1 min planks

Today was just a normal easy run, but I was able to go fast comparatively.  I feel like the crank in my legs and core is finally back...I love having a crank haha!

  • the last time I ran this loop was one month ago with 9:42 AP
  • the last time I ran this loop when there was snow on the ground, I had a big belly and my best AP was 10:26

needless to say, things are feeling gooooood :)
