AM- Thanksgiving Day 5K in Atlanta with a full crew in town for the holiday. My 3 girls and two of the husbands and my nephew and his wife for a total of 8 of us running as a team- rain ended about an hour before - temps were mild. Great memories in the making - running with the family- so happy that it's my girls who insist on this tradition particularly as I get older.

AM - 5 miles with Riley Delaney Dan and Finn. Coldest day this season in the upper 20's with a feels-like temp around 20. Beautiful morning- good to catch up with Dan after his return from Connecticut for the holiday. The girls got new running shoes yesterday and got to break them in today.
