13 x NYC Marathon (1997, 1998, 2010, 2011, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023)

Lunchtime - 8 miles at MP on the treadmill.

PM - 2nd workout - after work.  Short warm up then 10x 2mins on/off; 8x 1 min on/off with a short cool down.

PM - 8 miles very easy around the golf course - legs expectedly weak and tired.  Felt better near the end of the run.
