AM - 4.25 miles with Riley this morning in Boston.  From her place she wanted to take us on a route along the Charles - but we were pressed for time before church and ended up just doing a loop around the edge of BU's campus and heading back.  Had an awesome time yesterday - got to go to Fenway Park and watch the Sox and the Yankees play.  A friend hooked me up with pre-game field passes and sweet seats in the grandstand lower level behind home plate.  Great game and great memory.

PM - treadmill workout at lunchtime - 2 x 2 miles at 10k pace (6:47) with a 400 rest in between.   Good workout - HR was tempo to high tempo but below threshold.

PM - lunchtime treadmill workout - 6 x 400 @ 82 secs with a 400 rest.  Warm up and cool down.  Good workout

PM - longish run of 12 miles on the Greenway - good shade. Started slowly but felt very good and finished fast - watch battery died before I finished.
