AM - 5.5 miles mostly on the golf course this morning.   The club is rebuilding all of the greens and a number of bunkers on fairways - and so the course has not really be used for a couple of months - they still are maintaining the fairways.   Hilly route on a very warm and humid morning resulted in quite a pedestrian pace until I exited onto the neighborhood roads.

AM - about 3.5 miles with Dan on the trail, and then 2 miles on the treadmill.  His knee was not good and so we cut it short...he declared at one point that he thought this may be his last run.  I did a couple of miles on the treadmill after I got back in the house.   Feel bad for him because running was a huge part of most of his life and it is was he really enjoyed doing; but he's circumspect that he can still do the stationary bike and yoga and go for walks.  I told him we'd just have to schedule time to walk in the mornings a few days a week as long as his knee allowed for it.

AM - 7 miles in NYC today up the Hudson River Trail to about 96th street and then inward along Riverside Park back down Amsterdam/10th. Slow start but good run after I was warmed up.

AM - 7 miles going the opposite  direction  downtown along the Hudson River trail in NYC.   Ran probably too quickly after the first 2 miles and questioned myself a few times on why I was running with as much intensity, but rode it out.  Will run easy tomorrow.

AM - a little over 3.5 miles with Dan on the Milton Trail, and then 1.5 miles on the treadmill for some supplemental volume.

AM - long-ish run with Greg and Darryl on the Greenway from the Halcyon trailhead.  Greg is nursing back from a knee/IT band injury and needed a mostly flat run no more than 5 or 6 and so we turned around with him at Union Hill and then Darryl and I ran a few more at a more reasonable pace after we got back to the parking lot.  Decent effort, way too fast in the middle miles but that's what happens when running with Greg.
