| AM - 5 miles on the treadmill due to active thunderstorms in the area this morning - Finn was not happy after several days of no running with us out of town over the weekend, not to be able to run this morning.

| AM - 4.5 miles on the trail with Dan and the dogs - lots of rain over the last several days, so the areas "off trail" were quite wet, muddy and sloppy.

| AM - 5 miles total. Started outside with Dan and Finn at the horse trail roads, but a storm was building on top of us and when the lightning started, we turned back to our cars - so just over a mile before we bailed. Came home and did 4 more miles on the treadmill.

| AM - 4.5 miles around the resort area at Coronado Springs at Disney. Here with 2 my girls, my wife son-in-law and most importantly, my granddaughter for a birthday weekend. Forgot how uncomfortably humid and subtropical it is here.
