Unexpected day off from running.  Took Finn for a 2 mile walk before church.

AM - 4 miles easy before work this morning.

PM - only enough time at lunch for 4.5 miles.

AM - about 3.5 miles with Finn on the golf course this morning before work.  Longest run with him, and the first in a little while since he was "fixed" and had a recovery period. The dog is growing strong and has ample endurance...working on some training to have him run off-leash with me ultimately.

 

PM - lunchtime workout on the treadmill.  8 x 600 with a 1 min rest - all at 5:42 pace per mile.  Warm up and cool down.  These were a bit more challenging today - perhaps because of the shorter rest between reps.  Good workout overall though.

AM -  only about 3 miles very early before offsite work/leadership meetings - expected to go all day including a dinner too.

PM - got in late yesterday evening, needed sleep in the morning so no early run.  Meetings again today - had just enough time for a run after work before a gathering at my home this evening.

AM - 7 miles early - 4 of them with Finn.  Did not want to have him go too long just yet.

PM - 6 more after work.

AM - 4 miles with Finn on the Milton Trail this morning.  Actually kinda fast - I did not have the gps on, but I wouldn't be surprise if we were running around 7:30 pace.

PM - 8 miles in the evening.
