| PM - aboutn 9-10 mile equivalent of running via cross training. A little over 11 miles of indoor cycling trainer - and 7000 meters of indoor rowing.

| AM - indoor rowing - 11,500 meters - or slightly over 7 miles. Since this generally is working out to be about the same amount of time I would take to run the same distance depending on the effort and HR - I am giving it a 1:1 for equivalency. If I was better at rowing, perhaps it'd be different. But I am a novice ... hoping to remain so, as it would mean I have healed up enough to resume running.
PM - swimming - roughly 800 to 1000 meters. Indoor pool at the fitness gym next to my office. First time swimming laps in years, it seems. The extent of how profoundly unfit for swimming I am, was promptly evident. Oh my.... the struggle.

| AM - cross training -- 10 miles of indoor cycle trainer; 5000 meters of indoor rowing. 11 degrees (-3 degrees wind chill) outside this morning. For once, I don't mind a morning of not being able to go out to run.
PM - 1200 meters of swimming. Getting better at it.

| PM - cross training - a little over 12 miles of cycling on a cool afternoon - 42 degrees. Decent ride but my toes were too cold to enjoy it very much. Also, 1 hour of wood chopping. Yes - I am counting the chore of splitting wood for an hour.
