I fell today and earlier this week: one road, one trail. If we ever run together,we'd make quite a pair! Excellent week.

I was actually angry with the driver of a car that forced me to run in the grass at that point - which of course had some type of hidden "sniper" in it - resulting in my trip - and so as I rolled over I stared back at the car with contempt at the driver - hoping he'd see my glare. Fairly certain he was oblivious. Ultimately it was just probably tired legs and no one's fault but mine - but in the moment...

Hah, yeah I know that moment of adrenaline rage! There's a very mild-mannered guy I run with that almost attacked a car around mile 9 once.
