AM - 5 miles with Finn; ran to Nix and looped back through White Columns - the heavy air and warm temps are just energy-sapping the last few days.  The effort is there, not particularly enjoyable, and the pace is nearly pedestrian.  Having said that, I know from memory the climate in Florida where I lived much of my life, is considerably worse both in intensity and the length of time to endure it.   Here, we probably have a month or so of this kind of weather until things start to ease.   School resumes for students here in less than 2 weeks.  Summer is nearly over.

I remember when Labor Day weekend was end of summer.

10 straight days of 100 plus in the forecast for us after today.

The weather in Philly was far worse than here, but I definitely still feel it and don't enjoy it. I don't like running in sticky conditions and I really don't like workouts in it. I suppose I would really struggle in Georgia (actually might check the weather to see).

That seems early to resume school, but I know people in Arizona who started this week!
