Ran with level two girls and really felt that 7 miles yesterday come back to haunt me. I talked to my dad, who is a P.A., and he says that I'm really low in electrolights, and some other things. My pains in my stomach area are actually my muscles spazing out from being so low in nutrition. I'm really hoping that this race will be okay. After practice I did striders then ran home which adds up to another 1.5 miles.
