| | Today was a great run! I thought that would only be able to do about three miles since I hardly ran at all last week. Yes, it was long and my legs felt ubber jelloish, but it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. A diesel scared the living day lights out of Liz and I on the way back, we were laughing so hard we had trouble getting our breathing and heart rate back to normal. Awesome run!

| | I reached one of my short term goals! Woohoo! Missed warm up today because I went to the elementary school before. But we ran to washington fields, stayed with the level two girl's for more than half the time. Sure my legs felt really tired afterward, but my stomach didn't start hurting until toward the end. I can almost say I'm a level two! |

| | Ran with level two girls and really felt that 7 miles yesterday come back to haunt me. I talked to my dad, who is a P.A., and he says that I'm really low in electrolights, and some other things. My pains in my stomach area are actually my muscles spazing out from being so low in nutrition. I'm really hoping that this race will be okay. After practice I did striders then ran home which adds up to another 1.5 miles.

Ceder HS (3 Miles) 00:28:58 | | My first race and I did horrible. The stress that I felt did not help at all and fell behind the group pretty much at the beginning. Am I supposed to feel like I need to throw up? I often feel like that during practice, but it's not too bad. I still felt really tired but, does this mean that I didn't push myself hard enough? What can I do at practice since the girls that I normally run with are much faster than me during races?

| | My first hill workout was hard, but not as hard as I expected. Had a good group to run with and felt really nice after. |

| | Couldn't run in the afternoon because of call backs. I did run this morning with levels 2 and 3 it was hard, but I did keep up! |

| | Play rehearsals started today so again I ran in the morning. I'm thinking I'll start running after rehearsals next week with not as long workouts plus every morning. Would that be okay?
