I am sore from the race yesterday which just goes to show how out of shape I am... 20 minutes warm-up on the bike, then I tried to run but my shin hurt too much and I couldn't run without limping so I decided not to do any running today, but I did do 20 minutes on the elliptical and then 20 more minutes on the bike. After that I did some stretching and a bit of weights and core work. Hopefully my shin will be feeling good enough to do a little bit of running tomorrow. |
