I took second at USATF Nationals Cross-Country when I was ten. I was 6th at nationals in the 3000 in 2004. Personal: I did lots of competitive running growing up. I'm now 23 and have fibromyalgia and CFS. I just finished nursing school and am going back for my MSN in a few months, but I want to get back in shape and be able to run again. |

The run today was miserable. I shouldn't have taken two days off, my legs were achy and I just couldn't open up. I ran really slow my time was 57:43 for five and a half miles. Plus, I had to stop several times along the way. I'm doing a workout tonight and I hope my legs will feel better for that.
Tonights workout was much better. I did a two mile warm-up, then a mile slow on the track. Then I did one lap of speed changes, and then 5x200 at an easy pace (36, 42, 40, 39, 39). Then I cooled down about 2 and a half miles. It was a good run my legs felt much better. |

A.M.-Today was a good workout. We ran on the track. We did one mile slow, then a mile of speed changes, then one lap slow. Then we did 8x300 (55, 70, 57, 57, 57, 56, 58, 57). It was a good workout. Then I jogged 5 laps slow. My foot was really hurting afterward.
Tonight I just went for a 6 mile jog around the neighborhood by highland high. It was a good run, but I started feeling sick midway through. I just ran at a nice and easy pace. |

AM- This morning I just ran an easy three laps around sugar house park. I just relaxed on the first two laps and on the third I did 8x1 minutes. My total time was 48:53. It was a good run, my toe isn't really bothering me, except for when I am walking around barefoot.
PM- Tonight, I went for an easy run with Demetrio at the Jordan River. I ran 6 and a half miles it took me 57:23. I ate way too much before my run and was stuffed the whole time. |

| AM- We had a good workout this morning, we did one mile warm-up and then one mile of speed changes, and then one lap slow. Then we did 12x200's, jogging a 200 in between, no stopping or walking. My times were: 37, 37, 38, 39, 39, 38, 38, 38, 38, 38, 37, 35. Then we did 7 laps cooldown. |
