Today we had our first team practice. We did a warm-up lap around the perimeter of Sugar House Park. Then we did 5 strides. Then we did some drills. I'm a little bit sore from some of the drills. Then we did 3x25 crunches, 3x15 push-ups. Then we jogged around the inside of the park slowly for a cooldown. After me, susannah, and amanda sat in the river for a little bit. (Pegasus 101) |
