Today we had a hill workout at Cottonwood complex. First we did a 2 mile warm-up. Then we did 5 strides. Then we did 3 short hills and 3 long hills. The short hill was just over 200 meters and my times were 53, 52, 51. The long hills were 400 meters. My times for those were 1:26, 1:26, and 1:24. Then we did a two mile cooldown.
