Today we had an early morning practice. We ran from the track to sugar house park than back. After one mile we started to indian file forwards, after two miles we did indian file backwards till we got back to the track. At the track we did 10x100, I ranged between 17 and 14, my quads were really tight. Then we did 2x25 crunches and 2 laps slow. It was a fun workout. |
