I took second at USATF Nationals Cross-Country when I was ten. I was 6th at nationals in the 3000 in 2004.

Personal:

I did lots of competitive running growing up. I'm now 23 and have fibromyalgia and CFS. I just finished nursing school and am going back for my MSN in a few months, but I want to get back in shape and be able to run again.

Today me, Susannah, and Kiley did a long run. We were only going ten but I needed 11 so I did a mile before hand. Then I did some stretching, then we started from liberty park. We ran up 1300 s. to 800 e. Then we ran across 800 e. to South Temple. Then up South Temple to M St. Then up M St. to 3rd Ave. Then we ran across 3rd to the road that goes up Memory Grove. We ran up Memory grove and then to the gate at the mouth of City Creek. We stopped for some water and I took a gu, and then we ran back pretty much the same way but we ran along South Temple instead of 3rd Ave, and on 900 E. instead of 800 E. Our time was 1:37:11. It felt good, and we opened it up at the end. That's the first long run I've done in months so I was excited about that. My hip hurt a little bit but we went for massages after and I think that helped. (Pegasus 183)
