Today I went to the oval to do the workout I was supposed to do on Friday. I was supposed to do 15-20 200's, but by the time I got done with 8 I just wasn't feeling well enough to continue. I think the strep throat has been making me tired or something. Anyways, the 200's were all between 37 and 40. I jogged a 200 in between, and I did a mile of warm-up then a mile of speed changes. So it ended up being 4 miles. (Hayward R/W 9) |
