Today I did the same run I did monday but we did it backwards. I prefer going this way, it makes the hill much more gradual. It was probably the best run I've had since I started back up, it was still hard though. I know I just have to be patient and I'll get back in shape eventually. My knee is still hurting. During the run it snowed on us a little bit but not much at all. After the run I stretched for about 5 to 10 minutes. |
