I took second at USATF Nationals Cross-Country when I was ten. I was 6th at nationals in the 3000 in 2004.

Personal:

I did lots of competitive running growing up. I'm now 23 and have fibromyalgia and CFS. I just finished nursing school and am going back for my MSN in a few months, but I want to get back in shape and be able to run again.

This morning when I woke up I was pretty sore. I decided to go with my parents up to Jeremy Ranch Rd. and run. I just went for an easy 4 miles. We didn't get started till about 11 so it was really hot. I took it easy and stopped in the shade a few times to stretch. My time was 37:03, so 9:15 pace. It was sort of weird. When I started running my legs started itching like crazy, about three quarters of a mile in I stopped to scratch them and they were fine after that. That's never happened to me before. The iching is caused from the trama you put your legs though yesterday. They are healing and it causes iching. Mine do this sometimes.
