This morning we had a fairly easy workout. We did a loop around the park for a warm-up. Then we did 2 miles of speed changes and then a loop around the park for a cooldown. It was 6.5 miles and my time was 53:14, so 8:10 pace. My calves were cramping a bit. I think I'm dehydrated so I'll have to drink more water. (Pegasus 278) |
