This morning me and Ruth ran together. We met at the high school and did an out and back run. It was 6 miles. It was all uphill on the way out and downhill on the way back. It felt good but my legs felt slugish and stiff (I think from the 5 hour car ride the day before). Other than that it was lot's of fun. Good Job to everyone who ran the marathon! (Hayward 77)

Thanks for running with me, it was fun to run with a girl for once! Sorry I had to just dump you out at the marathon, hope you found your mom okay and you had a good time!
