Ran with Wasatch Athletics. We did the usual warm-up around sugar house park. Then we went to the track and I did 3 laps of speed changes and one lap slow. Then we did a mile, I was supposed to try for 5:45, but I ran 6:05 instead. My splits were 1:26, 1:29, 1:31, 1:34. Then I jogged two laps and did 3x200. The 200's were about 33-35 seconds. I was happy with the workout, but I wanted to go faster in the mile. It was a little bit windy and raining on us during the mile. (Pegasus 177) |
