I did 4 laps slow at the oval, 3 laps of speed changes, and 1 lap slow. I did an 800 (2:46), 400 (1:17), 400 (1:17), 400 (1:17), 400 (1:16), 400 (1:14). It was a really good workout, my legs were tired afterward. I did 1 lap cooldown. My left shin was really hurting again. I did the warm-up and speed changes in my pegasus(total 6 miles), and speed in my racers. I ran with michelle, carre, mckenzie, and braden. |
