For cardio I did:
5 seconds jumping jacks
10 seconds high knees
20 seconds jumping jacks
30 seconds high knees
40 seconds jumping jacks
50 seconds high knees
40 seconds jumping jacks
30 seconds high knees
20 seconds jumping jacks
10 seconds high knees
5 seconds jumping jacks
Then I did 3 planks for 30 seconds each and 3 wall sits for 30 seconds
I also took a bikram yoga class
