AM- We ran at liberty park. We did one lap warm-up and then some fartlek. 1 minute on, 1 minute off, 2 minutes on, 1 minute off, 3 minutes on, 2 minutes off, 2 minutes on, 1 minute off, 1 minute on, 1 minute off. Then we jogged a mile and a half cool down. The workout felt pretty easy. When we were done it felt like we should have done another set or something. (Pegasus 210) |
