Started at the capital went to the mouth of city creek and went up about a mile and a half, then came back down and went to the drinking fountain at Shriners and back to the capital. I needed 11 and I thought it seemed short but my dad told me that would be 11, so I went to go find him on his run to see if he wanted to be put on the list for massages. I asked him if it was really 11 we thought about it and realized it was only 9, so I got out of the car and went with him a little ways which ended up being 2.5 more. My left shin was hurting a little bit the whole run. After the run I did toe taps and calf raises and streched a little bit. I need to remember to strech and do strengthening exercises so that I can stay healthy. |
