AM- This morning for xc practice we met at sunnyside park. We did a two mile warm-up around the park, and then we did some fartlek. We did 6x3 minutes on and 2 minutes of recovery in between. It was a good workout. I pushed pretty hard and was very tired by the end of the workout. Afterwards we did a mile cooldown. My total time for the 7 miles was 57:43. (Pegasus 265)
PM- I went to pipeline trail and jogged an easy two miles just to loosen up. Then I sat in the river for 15 minutes. (Pegasus 267) |
