AM- Cross-country practice, we met at Cottonwood Complex. We did a loop around the block for our warm-up, and then 5 hill repeats, that were about 600 meters. My times were 2:20, 2:08, 2:13, 2:08, 2:06. They all felt good, and my legs didn't hurt too bad but I could tell they were tired on the hills. Then we did a cool down in the park. It ended up being about 5 miles. (Pegasus 123)
PM- Tonight we met at Sugar House park. We ran out on 1500 e. a little bit and then came back. I was tired so I only went a mile out and came back. My time was 15:40. After that I went to the track and did some hurdle stuff. Tomorrow I have state steeplechase. As far as I know I'm the only one in the race so it won't be much of a race more of a practice.(Pegasus 125) |
