23:27 in the morning and 23:34 in the evening. I was really surprised at how much I did considering how tired I was the other day. Was a bit tired but really nothing, i had a very pleasant run.
24:27 in the morning and 24:47 a couple hours later. I felt like I was still recovering from yesterday's run so i was tired.
47:51. Had lots of energy but it was still hard. I can tell my lungs are getting stronger.
47:26. It was hard to keep myself going but I didn't give up.
