23:36. I think I have COVID from our employee, throat's a little sore. Did not affect my running at all.
23:00. I took a 5 min stop in between, a little more tired today.
23:14. I had lots of energy but for some reason the air smelled really bad like cow poop.
23:31. Fortunately I do not have covid, just a small cold that didn't even affect anything anyway.
I took the kids for a small run. Ceci(5) got 1:09 in 200 meters, and Gideon(3) got 39 in 100 meters.
24:05. There was lots of slippery snow, I also had a little less motivation.
