AM: (8 miles, 1:05:34) 10 x 1` hill repeats. ouch. PM: easy 4 miles with my co-worker Bob. He runs too hard, he two-steps me (meaning he always is running in front of me), as he huffed and puffed, I finally told him, "you are running too hard, I keep trying to slow you down but you won't". He slowed down for a little while and then started doing it again ... it must be a guy thing ;-). The good news was we got out early enough for it to be light out, and the run is pretty good, uphill for 2 miles, then downhill for 2 miles!! Happy Thursday bloggers! |
