Personal:
Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
4.5 on my own later. Ran around my neighborhood, the track, and the field next to it. 2 easy miles and then 2 miles at marathon pace. A couple strides as well.
Easy stroller miles. First half of October was only about 35 miles and 2nd half will be about 75 after tomorrow. If I can keep on this pace and do 150+ miles per month over the winter that would be great.
Running around during the state xc meet. Fun to watch state.
Whitney has been really fun lately. She probably brought me 5 tangerines to peel for her and when she was finished with each one she ran the peels across the room to the trash as fast as she could, good cleaner baby. She also did a little trick or treat at Beccas work today in her duck costume and was pretty adorable saying "quack" to everyone.
Long mountain run with Jake, got over 2000 ft of elevation gain throughout the run and averaged 8:50. Over 40 for the week and already 20 miles for November. Gotta start doing my yoga/core/injury prevention workouts regularly again and keep the mileage rolling. I have the perfect spot in my loft but I need to set up a baby gate so Whitney just plays with her toys instead of on the stairs whilst I do my 10-15 minute routine - she'd started joining in on some exercises back in Ohio which was super funny- hopefully she does more of that.
