Ran the canal road with Jake and Whitney. I pushed Whitney the first 4.5ish miles and then Jake offered to take her the last bit, not having the push the stroller was a huge 2nd wind. Averaged high 7 minute pace, pretty good with a stroller on a dirt path. |
