Personal:
Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
800m at mile pace, 4 400ms and some strides. 800m was a little slow at 2:27, 400m were all over the place at 69, 72, 75, 70. Good to get out and run fast.
Last week in Ohio, so time to strengthen my segment records in the neighborhood. Nice and peaceful run tonight after a long day of packing and selling stuff.
