Ran up the trail near my house and then turned back and took it to the park near my house where I did 2 laps and ran home. I worked on my spartan ability by doing the monkey bars and some pull ups in between the two laps at the park. Had a shake and shower afterwards. Goal to get out 3 more times before next sunday seems good. We'll see how long the runs are, could be anything between a mile or two and the gully long run for the those. Also did 3x10 of wide grip pull ups, chin ups, and side grip pull ups. Will do bench tomorrow, my biceps have really gone to crap since covid started. |
