Personal:
Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
Probably no run today, my ankle is feeling a little worse than it has been so I think it might be prudent to take it easy and rest it before I try for 4-4.5 tomorrow.
Good run today, it was wet so the ground was even softer. Finally getting up to decent mileage. If things go well I will be up to 6 miles by Saturday/Sunday
