Personal:
Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
Ran out of time, was planning on 10-15. 2 miles on grass, a mile at 5k pace (5:30) and a couple 400ms also at 5k pace in 80 and 79, so a bit quick. It was hot and my legs were still a bit sore.
