6x1000 at 5k pace with 2 minute walk jog between each. Splits were 3:30, 3:25, 3:25, 3:27, 3:32, 3:28. Took a little extra rest before the last one because I was falling off and would have dropped like a 4:00 if I didn't take an extra minute. Didn't feel very smooth today. Goal for the end of the summer is to be able to do this workout averaging under 3:20. |
